Morning Affirmations for women
How do you feel when you get out of your bed in the morning? Ready and happy to crush your daily goals and work,
or simply uninterested in what the day has to bring, and sometimes feel lost, as soon as the sun rises. This can happen because you have lost your being
or your faith in yourself. But hold on, because this can be fixed, and you can once again become the agile, happy and confident person that you once were.
One amazing way to do this is with positive daily affirmations.
You might know what affirmations are, or have seen so many affirmations being shared across your Facebook, Instagram, or Pinterest feed, and thought it was something superficial.

This post will give you, for your personal use, 40-morning affirmations for women, which are intended to increase confidence and awareness of who you are.
ARE MORNING AFFIRMATIONS THAT IMPORTANT?
You won’t realize the power of morning affirmations until you start using them. It may seem like some random text about how you are special, how you are enough, etc.
and you may dismiss it, because ‘who has time for that right?’
Don’t dismiss affirmations just yet. Affirmations are powerful, and when used the right way, will benefit you and will change your life, in the short and long run.
Affirmations are important and I advise you to value affirmations and realize the power which it holds.

HOW TO USE DAILY MORNING AFFIRMATIONS FOR WOMEN
When you wake up in the morning and decide that you want to use affirmations and use them properly, follow this strategy.
As you wake up, desist from telling yourself anything negative or ponder on how bad the day will be. Set your mind to the good the day has to offer.
Wake up feeling happy, no matter what situation you are in, get up, and look at yourself in a mirror.
Don’t take your bath just yet, or brush your teeth. With your morning face, look at yourself in your bathroom mirror, or any mirror you have,
take a deep breath, hold for a few seconds before letting it out. Do this 3 times in total, to calm your mind and spirit.
Now, with the affirmations below, look at the person in the reflection and repeat the words of affirmation.
Don’t say it flatly, instead look at yourself, believe in what you are saying, and say it with your emotions. Your emotions are strong, and using your emotions to repeat these positive words of affirmation will trick your brain into believing it, even if you aren’t quite there yet.
Say at least 10 of the daily morning affirmations. And as you say it, believe in what you are saying. Let your mind picture that person you want you to be, and the life you want to live.
Picture the money you want in your mind as you say it or the body you want. See yourself as that person who wants to be already, and repeat these affirmations.
It may not be so easy at first, and there is a high chance you’ll think you’re crazy, but that doesn’t matter.
Every day you wake up, look at yourself in your mirror and practice these words of affirmations, you tell your mind and your brain what you want.
This is how I practice using affirmations every day, and it has changed my life. How? Well, I am here writing to you today about affirmations, and I didn’t see myself doing this, ever.
I didn’t think I would have a website of my own, but I told myself I could do it and I am capable and here I am.
If I can, you can do it.
